We partner with our communities’ hardworking families that may struggle to access safe and affordable housing while covering all of life’s expenses. Our housing solutions include new home and rehab construction and the improvement of homes in need of critical repairs.
Additionally, we revitalize neighborhoods through our Rock the Block program and operate a ReStore in Appleton where donations of home goods and building materials are gratefully accepted.
We partner with donors, volunteers and sponsors to assist families with needed resources so they can buy and maintain their own homes.
The families we work with invest “sweat equity” by taking financial and home management courses, as well as physically building their homes with teams of skilled professionals and volunteers.

More than two decades ago, Connie, a hardworking mother, partnered with Greater Fox Cities Area Habitat for Humanity, determined to build a stable future for her two children. Now, 24 years later, she looks back with deep gratitude and pride — celebrating the incredible milestone of paying off the very home that became the foundation for her family’s success.
Jane truly understood the life-changing power of safe, affordable housing. LuAnn shared that Jane was always inspired by the hard work and dedication Habitat families put into earning their homes. Reflecting on the home dedication, LuAnn said with confidence, “She knows, and she is thrilled for this family.”
